Elmwood Elementary Program

The Elmwood Elementary Chess Program is designed to use chess to inspire and challenge Elmwood students. The program is open to anyone in grades 3-5 who already knows the rules of the game (a beginner club may be offered in the future). The students will reap the benefits of this program for years to come.

   Program Details:

• 8 after school chess classes from 2:30 - 3:30 pm

• Classes meet on Thursdays in Room 20

• Class dates: 10/17 - 12/12 (no class on 10/31 & 11/28)

• Additional class on Wednesday, 10/30 (Halloween is 10/31)

• Program fee: $105 - (8 classes plus T-shirt)

• Capacity capped at 28 students
