Regulations

All current FIDE regulations and laws of chess apply.

Time Control is 90 minutes with 30 seconds increment on each move.

Players must play all 9 rounds.  No exceptions.

Spectators are not allowed.

Players must keep accurate scoresheets of their games.  A signed copy of the scoresheet must be submitted after each game.

All games must be played with the equipment provided.

No cell phones or other electronic devices are allowed in the playing hall.  All electronic devices must be checked in at the arbiter's desk upon arrival. 

Players found in possession of an electronic device may be made to forfeit current game.
 
Entry fee refunds will not be made once pairings are released.
